Shipping policy

At SSI, we’re committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and reliably. The following outlines our shipping process and policies.

Order Processing

• Same-Day Shipping: All orders received before 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same business day.
• Orders received after 11:00 AM ET, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers and Delivery

We primarily ship through UPS and other trusted carriers available via Shopify’s shipping network. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout; however, these timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level. Occasional promotional or discounted shipping offers may be available during certain periods.

International Shipping

SSI does ship internationally to select locations. However, not all destinations are eligible due to carrier limitations or import restrictions. Please contact websales@ssiprintheads.com before placing your order if you’re located outside the United States to confirm availability, shipping options, and applicable rates.

Delays and Liability

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. SSI is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs holds, or other events beyond our control. We’re happy to assist you in tracking or escalating delivery issues with the carrier when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
