Welcome to SSI Printheads (“SSI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at store.ssiprintheads.com (the “Site”) and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Our replacement printheads and components are designed to meet or exceed OEM performance specifications. SSI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the manufacturers whose names or part numbers may be listed on this site. OEM names and trademarks are used for reference purposes only.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per account, or per order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We process orders promptly and ship within the timeframes specified at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SSI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at websales@ssiprintheads.com for authorization before sending any product back.
7. Warranty
All SSI aftermarket printheads are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or 1 million printed inches, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
OEM products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
SSI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, product descriptions, images, and design — is the property of SSI or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data in compliance with Shopify’s platform standards and applicable privacy laws.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
